Come as you are to Laser Accuracy Life Coaching. Whatever you have going on that brought you to seek an outside perspective and additional support in your life, Allie has seen or heard it all (and if they haven’t, they are eager to put in the legwork to learn). Allie will provide an inclusive and safer space for clients to share their thoughts, feelings, and unique life experiences that have led them to seek out life coaching and find out if LALC is a good match for each potential client.
… Life coaching that is transparent, realistic, and an open dialogue:
Once the type of coaching and timeframe have been agreed upon at the start of the client journey, in collaboration with Allie, clients will set goals and receive input, support, and feedback from Allie throughout the agreed upon timeframe and intervals. Allie will keep clients motivated, realistic, moving forward, and adjusting goals or support as needed to provide a tailored, individual coaching experience for each client.
… Life coaching that values compassion, collaboration, honesty, self-determination, and accountability:
The client’s journey is their own, with Allie acting as a sounding board, a calibrator, a reality tester, a gut-checker, and a holder of space. Allie will provide feedback with love, respect, curiosity, and honesty on the client’s path and will ultimately defer to the client to make their own decisions. There are no “right” answers, only choices, and Allie will help illuminate the many choices one can make on their unique path.
